Products
What is this module?
The Products module is the business's catalog and inventory: products sold to clients, internal-use supplies (those consumed in treatments), and vouchers (gift certificates). Sales to patients and purchases/stock replenishment are also recorded from here.
Who is it for?
For all three roles, with significant differences:
- Manager: the only role that can create, edit, or delete catalog products (of any category), and the only one that sees and manages the Supplies category.
- Professional: can view and sell Sale and Voucher products, but does not see the Supplies category, cannot edit the catalog, and cannot register purchases (stock replenishment).
- Assistant: can view all three categories (including Supplies) and sell products, but also cannot edit the catalog; they can register purchases.
