Marketing
What is this module?
The Marketing module lets you analyze patient behavior, build segmented groups, and send them WhatsApp campaigns with images and promotional text, in bulk and at no cost per message.
This module is only available in the web version; it does not exist in the mobile app (see General differences in the mobile app).
Who is it for?
This module is exclusive to the Manager role. Neither Professional nor Assistant have access to Marketing: the link is not even shown in the sidebar menu for those roles.
Plan requirement
Marketing requires a Professional plan or higher subscription. If the business has the basic plan, a promotional screen inviting them to upgrade the plan is shown instead of the module.
